Terms and conditions

DEFINITIONS

• The “Seller” means Lotan Group UK Limited.
• The “Buyer” means the person who makes a purchase or buy
• The “Goods” means the products the Buyer buys, which may be stated in the order acknowledgement, on an invoice or on similar documents and where it will be stated details of the goods includes units name, description, price etc

PAYMENT

Online Payment can be made by PayPal and Debit/Credit card(please check our payment page for more info). Alternatively, we can also accept Cheque and Bank Transfer in some event (please contact us for info)

PRICES

All the prices shown on our website are in Sterling and only valid to purchases complete through the Seller.

PACKAGING

Large order may be packed in a master carton, plastic wrapping or be palletised for comfort of transportation and to avoid any chances of damaging the goods. In that case, our transporting partner will not be able to transport the goods separately due to protection purposes.

DELIVERY

Mostly order is despatched same day if we receive the order before 15:00 Mon-Fri, Delivery for Sat and Sun order made on Friday before 15:00. Any order during the weekend which is Sat, and Sun will go out on Monday (excluding bank holidays), please check our website for more Delivery Options.

Delivery Times and dates mentioned by the seller are given as an indication only, if the goods cannot deliver by seller within 5 working days then the buyer will be informed directly, with the agreement, will be arranged for another delivery. We will issue full refund if we cannot agree for another delivery. Delivery can also be delayed due to weather.

Its resellers duty and responsibility to insure for the delivery and condition of the goods before they buy from us. If the delivery made by Seller, the reseller must inspect the products immediately after delivery completed. If any products are damaged, defective or not delivered the reseller must notify the Seller within 48 hours of the delivery. If proof of delivery is needed, this must be requested within 7 days of the date of the invoice.

RETURNS/CANCELLATION PROCEDURE

What should I do if my items received damaged or Defective?

If you received goods in damaged or Defective condition, then please contact us as soon as possible by sending email to info@belaco.sudodigital.co.uk or report it by submitting a return request form online or alternatively you can phone us on 01302278403

in accordance with your consumer rights, we may offer a repair, exchange or refund as appropriate if you received goods in damaged or defective condition.

We are unable to refund goods that have been wrongly installed or misuse. We are not accountable for the consequences of wrongly fitted products or misuse. We advise you to use only qualified and skilled electricians to install our electrical products as per manual book.

As part of the quality assurance check, we may ask you to email photographs of the damaged product and answer few questions as part of our quality assurance checks. In this case, we will arrange collection of the damaged or faulty Defective product. We will collect the goods from the address it is delivered to and may be able to collect from another location in some circumstances, please contact us to find out if you are eligible for it. Upon inspection at our warehouse, we will inform you if you are eligible for a refund or not. If you are eligible we will send a replacement at our cost.

We will not be responsible for any items damaged/faulty if the items were re-sold. Re-seller are responsible for all the damages/faults and returns from their customer.

RETURN OR EXCHANGE

From the date of the order, you will have 14 days to cancel your order, exchange or receive a refund. Once the goods are received at the warehouse then we can proceed with the refund, made with the same payment method used to order the goods.

How to Return the unwanted purchased products from belaco.co.uk?

Please contact us within 14 days of receiving the goods on the contact number provided on the online website. We can then recommend appropriate replacements or organise an exchange or issue a returns label for you to send the item back to us.

We can accept unwanted goods, Subject to following conditions:
• Items are in original condition
• Items are unused, unmarked and in original packaging
• Items must be in a re-saleable condition, dismantled if you receive item unassembled.
• Items is complete with original undamaged packaging.
• Items are re-packaged cautiously in the packaging material used to deliver.
• We cannot accept returns on any items, which have been specially manufactured or ordered for you.
• We cannot accept responsibility for undelivered returned parcels, please obtain proof of posting and adequate insurance for loss or damage.

On your return we will credit the price paid for the products in full within 5-7days, there will be returns delivery charges applied which you will be accountable for, this amount will be deducted from the being amount refunded (unless if it’s damaged or defective)

How fast can I get my refund?

Refund will take between 5-7days from the date of the goods received at our Warehouse.

Where can I get my Refund?

We will credit the refund to the same method of payment done for the goods were originally paid for.

DESIGN & SPECIFICATION

The Seller intend to improve the products, so the specification of the products is subject to modification without any notice

PRODUCT WARRANTY/GUARANTEE

Our most of the product warranty/Guarantee is 1 year against any manufacturing defect (Before buy please check if your products are under warranty/Guarantee).

The guarantee will cover against any manufacturing defect for 12months from the date of original purchase.

Any misuse of the product such as accidental damage, re-sold, wrong voltage or wrong power supply, careless use, non-domestic use etc will not be covered under the guarantee. To meet the requirements for the 1-year guarantee, the product must have been installed and used according to the manual book instruction.

LAW

The appropriate regulation applicable to all contracts between the Seller and the Buyer is according to England law.

With the succeeding business terms, your statutory rights are not affected.
